She focuses on the field of innovation and new technologies, Start ups, with particular attention to Corporate Law, and extraordinary finance transactions (M&A), Intellectual Property and Data Protection. She works in both Italian and English and has knowledge of French.

She completed her studies in November 2024, earning a Law degree from LUISS Guido Carli University, with a focus on Law and Innovation. This program allowed her to deepen her understanding of topics related to innovation and technology. She wrote her thesis titled “Value and Limits of Consent in Personal Data Processing: Major Online Platforms and Anticompetitive Practices.” During her academic journey, she also spent a period studying in Germany, where she had the opportunity to explore topics related to competition law, copyright, and technology. Fascinated by the arts and creativity, she is currently pursuing an LLM in Art Law at LUISS Guido Carli University, with the goal of exploring the various legal aspects connected to the art world.
